• work experience as a restaurant administrator or hall manager from 1 year;
• experience in selection and training of personnel;
• sociability, activity, responsibility, knowledge of guests’ service technology;
• perfect knowledge of R-Keeper;
• work experience in the networks or premium-class restaurants will be considered as your advantage.
